Fee Rules & Regulations
Tuition fee is charged on monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annually basis. If parents wish to pay the fee on a monthly basis, they should pay before the 10th of the month. If parents wish to pay quarterly, they have to pay in the first month of the quarter.
Late fee fine will be charged after the completion of the month.
Admission fee will be charged only for new admissions, one time (at the time of admission).
A fine of Rs 5/- per day will be charged if the fee is not paid before the prescribed date.
Fee for two months (May-June) and (February-March) is to be deposited in the months of May and February for those who deposit the fee monthly.
Once the fee is paid and a proper receipt is issued, it will not be refunded under any circumstances.
No admission fee or annual fee will be charged from old students.
Parents/guardians must preserve the fee receipt issued for reference till the end of the session.
Students will neither be allowed to appear for the examination nor will they be shown their report card/answer sheets until all the dues of the school are cleared.
In case the fee is not paid for three consecutive months, the name of the student will be struck off. In such a case, the student has to seek re-admission and re-admission fees would be charged as per rules.
One month fee concession is given to parents who pay the whole year’s fee in one attempt before 15th April.
No van facility can be changed in the months of January-March.
Parents are expected to know about all the rules and regulations from the school office.
If you want to leave the school, you have to fill out a form available at reception before 28th Feb. of the session.
Once the school leaving certificate is applied for, re-joining the school will require the payment of admission fees, monthly fees, and other charges as per rules.
